Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Elithicc Active Wear ships world wide.
Standard shipping in Australia: $10 flat rate.
Express shipping in Australia: $15 flat rate.
Free standard shipping when spending $100+ in Australia.
Interstate shipping: $20-$25 depending on country.
If for any reason, shipping exceeds these rates at checkout, you will receive a refund back into your account.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Elithicc Active Wear does NOT offer a change of mind policy. If an item is faulty or is the wrong size, all shipping expenses will be at the customers cost. Elithicc Active Wear unfortunately will not cover the costs of shipping. Refer to ACCC guidelines for more information. Elithicc Active Wear can also refuse a refund if it was damaged intentionally and/or not being honest. I have a 7-10 day refund policy. If any questions, please email through the contact us page, NOT through social media platforms.

Q: What makes you different from other active wear brands?
A: I want to purely focus on plus sizes in my active wear range! As a plus size woman, it is extremely difficult to find affordable clothing. It’s time to put an end to discrimination and start accepting. 

Q: How do you pronounce Elithicc and how did you come up with the name?
A: Elithicc is pronounced ELEE-THICK and basically means Elite & Thicc. The name was created by my brother Jake in 2020.
